OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
This department is accountable for event planning, logistics, and execution of the organization. To achieve success, this position requires organizing a variety of event management-related tasks.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Its duty is to ensure that the production's outcome is creative and innovative. Responsible for managing the project leaders on productions and taking on the responsibility of overseeing events.

STAGE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for providing assistance to and organizing all of the various artists who are involved in the day-to-day operations of production, beginning with the rehearsals and continuing all the way through the performances and the post-show. The backbone of the backstage

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
Involved in undertaking technical responsibilities such as soundboard operator, audio spinner, video spinner, lights operator, and live streaming in face-to-face, hybrid, or online productions

Assist in representing the event or function as a whole while also helping to maintain the show's adherence to its schedule and maintaining audience interest.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT
This department is accountable for creating and executing marketing plans to promote the events of the organization. This function is essential to building a wider audience and making them aware of what GMG advocates and does.
GRAPHICS
In charge of the production of publication materials for the group and the Culture & Arts Office. Develop ideas, graphics, and layouts, including making judgments regarding typefaces, images, readability, and the requirements of the target audience.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERS
Produces content that showcases the group's accomplishments and activities and the “face” of the group on Social Media. Responsible for creating a social media presence for the group.

WRITERS
Writes scripts for hosts for internal and external events, webinar series, and film productions. Creates story elements to transform the creative vision into stories for production while thoroughly being aware of the storyline and the audience for which they are writing.

COVERAGE
Captures photos and videos of a production event that will be posted on social media platforms. Give live updates to social media platforms on what is currently happening in a production event. Responsible for showcasing the performers in the event as well as the behind-the-scenes of the organization.

EDITORS
Meticulous management of the logistical and editorial components of events. Responsible for directing the film on the set, and maintaining tight relationships with the other members of the production crew.
